We place great importance on honest and rigorous quality assessment of our records. To ensure you know exactly what to expect, we use the following ratings:

Mint

Record: New, unplayed, in pristine condition
Cover: Perfect, without any defects

Mint–

Record: Barely played, excellent playback quality without background noise
Cover: Minimal signs of wear, almost perfect

Very Good++ // VG++

Record: With fine hairlines, yet excellent playback quality without any noticeable background noise
Cover: Small to medium signs of wear may be present

Very Good+ // VG+

Record: Visible signs of wear, but plays cleanly; slight background noise possible
Cover: Good condition, visible signs of wear

Very Good // VG

Record: Clearly visible signs of wear, mediocre playback quality; background noise must be accepted
Cover: Heavy wear, clear signs of use

Good // G

Record: No listening pleasure – background noise predominates
Cover: Heavy wear, poor condition
